Blue Scoop is a Family-owned ice cream shop founded in the Summer of 2018 by husband and wife team Chris and Kim Rhodes.

Our traditional, dairy based ice cream, starts with premium milk, cream, sugar and eggs.  The milk and cream that goes into our handcrafted ice cream is sourced from happy cows that feed from the San Jacinto Valley, never treated with growth hormones like rBST. Our non-dairy flavors are crafted from all-natural ingredients and are vegan friendly.

We offer a selection of our favorite True Blue flavors every day and rotate a wide variety of seasonal flavors throughout the year. Many of our flavors feature made from scratch mix-ins including cookies, candy and sauces locally-sourced whenever possible.  We also partner with other local businesses, such as Golden State Coffee Roasters, to bring you the very best our community has to offer.
